Business Development Representative

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Fredericksburg, VA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and sales initiatives. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, qualifying leads, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets. The role requires consistent communication with potential and existing clients to drive business growth and meet the company's strategic objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential business opportunities. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and achieve growth targets. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
