Copies next week's sheets as well as production/service record, service plan, tray assessment sheet, pre-preparation sheet, restricted diet invoice, daily sanitation record, and meal delivery records. Recipes are extended to the facility population requirements. Fills out the pre-preparation and inventory pull sheets before each meal. Carries out the orientation and training program for inmate workers. Adheres to the sanitation and safety program. Demonstrates good communication and human relation skills. Supports Youth Services mission, Seven Key Principles, goals, and objectives and follows policies on professional expectations, code of conduct and other practices and procedures. Maintains Safety & Security of clients & facility. Demonstrates appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management.
