Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients of diverse age ranges, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize an advanced billing service that streamlines claims processing and client account management, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards, ensuring comprehensive records of all client interactions.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, managing an organized calendar that facilitates effective time management.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with fellow practitioners, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students, youth, and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is vital in supporting clients through challenging transitions and promoting resilience in educational settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with a strong theoretical foundation in clinical practice.

• Current LCSW licensure, enabling the ability to practice independently in New York State.

• Capacity to self-motivate and manage time effectively while operating within a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive comprehensive benefits, including:
