Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing platforms to engage clients effectively.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes educators, psychologists, and administrative staff, to provide holistic support to students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adapting strategies as required in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, guiding students and their families through challenging circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age. Many of our clients face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment difficulties. Your work will help empower these students to develop coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and improve their overall well-being, leading to better academic performance and social interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Current LCSW licensure in New York State is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Help Wellness Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , based on experience and qualifications.
