Position: Accounts Payable Systems Analyst

Compensation: $35 - $40 /hour, depending on experience

\n

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to join their team!

\n

 

\n

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for someone who enjoys solving process challenges, supporting invoice routing, and working across ERP modules in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in improving how invoices are processed while also coding invoices and supporting a team that handles a wide range of accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

\n

\n
• Investigate invoice routing issues within ERP systems
\n
• Code invoices accurately and efficiently
\n
• Support accounts payable workflows and process improvements
\n
• Review multiple ERP modules to determine proper invoice handling
\n
• Assist with delayed payment resolution
\n
• Collaborate with team members across centralized services
\n
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
\n

\n

Required Qualifications & Experience:

\n

\n
• Experience in accounts payable or related accounting support
\n
• Strong understanding of invoice coding and processing
\n
• Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related workflow issues
\n
• Comfort working in a busy, evolving environment
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities
\n
• Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities
\n

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

\n

\n
• Experience with ERP systems
\n
• Background in process improvement
\n
• Previous exposure to invoice routing challenges
\n
• Experience supporting centralized accounting functions
\n
• Familiarity with high-volume AP environments
\n
