Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop trauma-informed and culturally responsive treatment plans, ensuring that care is tailored to varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system, promoting effective care coordination and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in optional peer consultation and case collaboration meetings, contributing to your professional development through continuing education opportunities.

• Deliver care informed by your clinical orientation, whether it be somatic, relational, strengths-based, or integrative, reflecting the individual needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders. Your expertise will help individuals and families facing emotional and psychological challenges associated with addiction, trauma, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is required, with telehealth experience being an advantage.

• A solid understanding of documentation standards, alongside familiarity with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
