Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client preferences, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide teletherapy services using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, addressing issues such as stress, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision to refine clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and establish a therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Demonstrates deep empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle a diverse caseload and administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals with mental health concerns.

• Previous experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with relevant technology platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
