Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an active part of our collaborative team. You will typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs. As part of our community health clinic, you will use telehealth technology to connect with patients, ensuring that care remains accessible and effective.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and incorporate the cultural backgrounds of patients, leading to well-informed treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of individual patients, which might include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other approaches that align with current best practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping clients identify their mental health challenges and develop coping strategies to improve their resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, utilizing your training and experience to navigate challenging situations calmly and effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective management.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and therapeutic methodologies with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with a strong foundation in culturally responsive practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
