Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This in-person opportunity is tailored specifically for a skilled Occupational Therapist eager to contribute three days per week in a supportive school environment. You’ll collaborate with caring educational teams, working closely with students to enhance their skills, empower independence, and foster an inclusive learning experience.

Your background in school-based OT will make a difference as you support a diverse caseload—ranging from mild to more complex needs. Your expertise will help students thrive both inside and outside of the classroom, shaping their academic and personal growth.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Meaningful experience providing OT services in a school setting
• Strong understanding of a wide range of student needs, including sensory, fine/gross motor, and adaptive skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Solid knowledge of creating and implementing IEPs and related documentation
• Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adjust support as needed

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct OT interventions to students as outlined in IEPs
• Completing thorough assessments and participating in eligibility meetings
• Documenting progress, developing strategies, and recommending accommodations to support student success
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to integrate OT strategies throughout the school day
• Participating in family meetings to help support student goals
