Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaboratively setting intervention strategies and clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client.

• Engage in collaborative practice with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to maintain seamless, coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, performing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to protect client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, providing holistic and multifaceted therapeutic experiences for clients.
