Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to help clients effectively manage symptoms and foster resilience.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide education and supportive resources to clients and their families, facilitating a deeper understanding of mental health issues and the treatment process.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research, best practices, and innovations within the field of mental health.

You will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience.
