Job Description Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, build lasting relationships, and support business growth by delivering outstanding customer service and account management. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Assist with account reviews, follow-ups, and ongoing client support. Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Contribute to achieving individual and team performance goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude with a positive and proactive approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
