Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year | Clearwater, FL | On-site | Permanent Overview Accounts Receivable Specialist with responsibilities including cash application, collections, and customer account reconciliations in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment. This role emphasizes accurate invoicing, cash posting, and maintaining healthy cash flow while delivering excellent customer service. Job Details We are partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This position plays an important role in managing customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations while helping maintain healthy cash flow and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile payments Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Contact customers regarding overdue invoices while maintaining positive relationships Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Reconcile customer accounts and research payment issues Prepare accounts receivable reports for management Assist with month-end close activities Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and collection efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience Strong account reconciliation skills Experience working with ERP systems Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred Why Join Us?
