Role Overview Restaurant Managing Partners lead the way in Unbridled Hospitality for our Guests and Team Members. They create a family‑friendly, fun atmosphere while serving the best gourmet burgers, bottomless steak fries, sides, and milkshakes. The Managing Partner owns all FOH and HOH execution standards, consistently exceeds operational expectations, and delivers exceptional results. Responsibilities Own FOH and HOH execution standards, ensuring every guest experience meets brand expectations. Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team that delivers service excellence. Drive operational performance, monitor and improve P&L, and share in the financial success of the restaurant. Maintain compliance with all state and local health codes and restaurant regulations. Utilize systems such as Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Scheduler to manage schedules and reporting. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong P&L knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Knowledge of local and state health codes. Experience with payroll, scheduling, and staff management systems. Capability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
