Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology following established protocols.
• Carefully analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot any issues, and perform necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all lab processes meticulously, train new team members, and maintain the high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is expected throughout employment.
