• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare them accurately for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
