The working hours are structured to facilitate work-life balance, with the full-time schedule set from Monday to Friday, allowing for ample time to recharge and pursue personal interests. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address their unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients, including individual, couples, group, and family therapy settings.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Engage in professional development through workshops, continuing education, and supervision to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling position, preferably in a clinical environment that emphasizes direct client care.

• A strong grounding in ethical practice, legal standards, and the ability to navigate complex client situations with care and professionalism.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, including eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
