We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Winterization Coordinator opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong. The Winterization Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Maintaining multiple lines of communication between clients, brokers, and vendors in a courteous and professional way.
• Communicating with vendors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards, and negotiating bids.
• Answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines, and reporting problem areas.
• Tracking and monitoring the services from dispatch to completion with timely updates to the client.
• Continually maintaining working knowledge of changing company directives.
• Doing Data entry.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
• Data Entry Skills.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Knowledge of residential construction/plumbing.
• Should have Plumbing knowledge.

Pay Rate Range: $18.00 per hour and a $500 retention bonus if they stay the full 4 weeks. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
