Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintains a thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessoriesExceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectationsAbility to greet, educate and sell RV products to customersSchedule appointments with designated staffCoordinates readiness of the unitServes as the point of contact between staff and customerDemonstrates features and proper use of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)Makes sure customer is aware of status of unitMakes sure unit is ready for customer on day of deliveryMay cross train to perform other duties (Service Writer, Cashier)Performs other miscellaneous duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record is preferredExperience: One year of RV dealership experience or RV owner highly preferred, Minimum 6 months customer service background preferredAbilities: Must have intermediate computer skills, Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills, Working knowledge of policies and procedure of RV sales and service departments is preferred, Proficient with MS Office, Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K and other software as applicable, Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports, Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time, Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 poundsCamper's Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
