Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families to address various issues including grief, family conflict, and substance abuse.

• Facilitating therapy sessions in both individual and group formats, adapting techniques based on the clientele’s needs.
\n
• Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and actively monitoring their progress.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance therapy outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a range of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n
