Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Intellect Capacity Mental Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients to determine their unique needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitating effective communication among supervisors, care teams, families, and guardians to foster continuity of support and inform treatment planning.

• Planning and organizing home visits to perform in-home assessments, chart reviews, and staff interviews to gather essential data related to client progress.

• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute insights on client care and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
\n
• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Coordinating and conducting training sessions for staff to ensure proficiency in therapeutic techniques and documentation requirements.

• Performing follow-up interviews and home visits to continually assess and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

• Engaging the local community and establishing connections within the mental health field to enhance program visibility and access.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including adults and youth, many of whom may be facing complex personal challenges such as trauma, substance misuse, or mental health disorders. Supporting clients from varied backgrounds, you will implement customized treatment strategies that resonate with their individual experiences and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical setting, is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
