Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Highland Rivers, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being of our clients:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive group sessions that allow clients to share experiences, foster connections, and learn coping mechanisms collaboratively.

• Delivering Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions where you will explore clients' thoughts, behaviors, and emotions while guiding them in developing personalized coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively craft tailored treatment plans with your clients to address their unique challenges and ensure they are informed and involved in their recovery process.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools to track and document client progress, ensuring interventions are effective and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with a diverse group of mental health professionals, providing insights and coordinated care to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n
