Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Morton Comprehensive Health, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conducting regular client meetings to review treatment progress, adjust care plans, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions weekly to address clients' challenges and promote mental wellness.

• Participating in regular supervision sessions to enhance professional practice and receive feedback on case management.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of services across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including youth, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• The ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
