Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders to provide effective assessment and treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment aligns with the clients’ identified needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including assessment and immediate therapeutic responses.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Ensure consistent communication with team members regarding client status and updates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Great Beginnings Therapy Solutions LLC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
