Legal Billing Coordinator

Managing full-cycle billing for 10-15 attorneys, the full-time Legal Billing Coordinator will serve as a trusted resource on invoicing, resolve complex billing issues, and ensure timely submission of electronic invoices while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the timely submission of electronic invoices and manage the transition to e-billing for clients Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, providing expert support on electronic billing matters Conduct quality assurance processes to maintain efficient workflow and ensure client satisfaction Required qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience A minimum of four years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization Experience with Aderant, Elite, or comparable legal billing software Proven ability to lead employees in process adherence and time tracking Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-billing procedures and systems
