Portland Branch Position Project Coordinator Open Date 9/15/2026 Description North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Portland, OR Office. Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities Order entry and management Inventory control Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installationli>Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders Prepping orders for future invoicing Scheduling and coordinating freight Starting Pay: $29.00-$33.00/HR DOE Full Benefits 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability.
