JB Food Service- a family-owned business that has been operating for 30 years. We are looking for Assistant Managers to participate in the day‑to‑day operations of our Subway sandwich shops. What You’ll Do: Support the Store Manager with training, scheduling, and team development Ensure food safety, preparation, and ordering standards are met Assist with cost controls and inventory management Deliver fast, friendly, and engaging customer service Promote a positive work environment and strong store morale What We’re Looking For: Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment A team player with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude Valid driver’s license required Position Details Part‑time: 26-36 hours per week Flexible scheduling – we’ll work around school, college, family needs, and other jobs.
