Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients, employing tools and methodologies that enhance diagnosis and treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will help clients navigate their unique experiences, empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a mental health professional in Oregon, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and inspire trust.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
