The Hazzard Law Firm, LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team and provide substantive support to the Firm’s attorneys in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and other litigation matters.

This position is intended for an experienced legal professional who understands how to help move a case forward—not simply complete individual assignments.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple attorneys and active litigation files. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, follows through without repeated reminders, protects deadlines, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing excellent work.

Who Will Succeed Here

We value team members who see something that needs attention and take appropriate action rather than waiting to be reminded.

The successful candidate will be someone who checks the file, knows what is outstanding, follows up, documents the follow-up, communicates with the responsible attorney, and continues tracking the issue until it is resolved.

We are seeking someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term member of the Firm and who understands that excellent client service requires both compassion and accountability.
