Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and backgrounds of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
\n
• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting resources available to our clients.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing your expertise to maintain our high standards of practice.
\n
• Foster strong communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders, enhancing service delivery and community integration.

• Work on establishing and nurturing relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding and support for programs.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and statewide task forces to enhance expertise and remain updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional challenges, recovery from substance use disorders, and those with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Sensitivity and adaptability will be crucial as you tailor your therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs while fostering recovery and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required to ensure you have the comprehensive knowledge needed for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
