Position Overview

Healing Journey Clinic is seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in patients.
• Manage medication for patients, adjusting therapy based on monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address physical and mental health needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients facing emotional distress, ensuring timely and effective responses to acute situations.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health education, providing support and resources for underrepresented populations.
• Deliver therapeutic services through both counseling and psychoeducation, guiding patients toward positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
