Executive Assistant (TEMP/ONSITE)

Executive Assistant (TEMP/ONSITE) Contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing's client in Hercules, CA. Pay Rate: $50-60/hr ONSITE in Hercules 4 month temp assignment covering a leave of absence What You'll Be Doing: Support the CEO, COO, and EVP, Global Commercial Operations for four months. Review executives' calendars, triage overnight emails, flag time‑sensitive items before first meeting. Partner with senior leaders to schedule cross‑functional meetings, prepare briefing materials and agendas, and capture follow‑ups. Book complex domestic and international travel, process expense reports, prepare presentations and board‑ready materials, coordinate with other executive assistants. Confirm next day priorities with executive team and ensure all logistics are in place. Manage the Executive Team's complex, shifting calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Coordinate end‑to‑end travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and agendas; reconcile expenses per Bio‑Rad's T&E policy. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, follow‑up trackers for Executive staff meetings, operating reviews, cross‑functional leadership forums; capture action items and drive them to closure. Serve as primary point of contact for the Executive Team's office, interfacing professionally with internal executives, board members, customers, and external partners while maintaining strict confidentiality. Partner with Finance, HR, and other EAs to support headcount planning logistics, town halls, site visits, and Executive‑sponsored special projects. Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional EA experience. 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives, ideally in a global, matrixed organization (life sciences, biotech, or diagnostics a plus). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfort with Concur, SAP, or similar expense/travel systems. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with proven ability to juggle competing priorities, anticipate needs, and operate with discretion on highly confidential matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished executive presence when interfacing with board members, customers, and senior leaders. What's In It For You?
