Paralegal - Elder Abuse

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Paralegal with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our Elder Abuse team. You will support attorneys in advocating for vulnerable clients through all stages of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation.
Core Responsibilities
- Litigation Support: Manage case deadlines, e-filings, and trial preparation (motions, pleadings, and trial binders).
- Discovery & Evidence: Draft discovery requests/responses and organize complex medical records and evidence.
- Case Management: Maintain case files and coordinate schedules for depositions and expert reviews.
- Client Interaction: Act as a sensitive, primary point of contact for clients and their families.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation experience (Elder Abuse required).
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with empathy.
