Field Support Engineer

Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2, guiding installations and handling live troubleshooting. Responsibilities Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2 Guide installs on-prem and in cloud Kubernetes, including TLS and ACLs, and migrations from Kafka, Redis, or MQTT Handle live troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrade planning Capture customer feedback to improve product and documentation Requirements Solid background in systems integration on Linux, Kubernetes, and Helm Familiarity with messaging or streaming systems such as Kafka, MQTT, NATS, or Redis Clear communication with customer engineering teams Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite work or remote support windows Compensation Competitive salary plus early employee equity High visibility in a small team where your input shapes the roadmap, reporting to the Founder and CTO Room to grow into customer success, sales, or product as the company scales #J-18808-Ljbffr
