This position is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to deliver therapy services to a diverse client base in Victorville, California, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including their strengths, challenges, and unique symptomology, leading to individualized treatment plans.

• Design culturally sensitive and family-centered treatment approaches that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, thus fostering an environment of understanding and respect.

• Implement trauma-informed care practices in all therapeutic interactions, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported throughout their journey.

• Collaborate effectively with other clinical team members and service coordination staff to create a holistic and integrated treatment approach for clients.

• Complete all required clinical documentation including client assessments, service plans, and progress notes promptly to comply with organizational and legal standards.

• Maintain detailed and organized case files that consist of notes, treatment plans, and any communications regarding each client's care.

• Manage a caseload that is determined by program needs and client availability, providing both individual and family counseling sessions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with underrepresented and vulnerable populations within the community, providing therapeutic services that address a broad range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clientele often includes individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, differing socioeconomic statuses, and individuals facing various life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is necessary to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
