Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Durch deine begeisternde Art gewinnst du neue Unternehmenskunden in den Bereichen Employer Branding und Recruiting
- Per Telefon und Video-Call berätst du deine Kunden, wie sie die Young Talents mit unseren Produkten für sich gewinnen können
- Du bist Ansprechpartner Nummer eins für deine Kunden und verantwortest die langfristige Betreuung sowie den strategischen Aufbau deiner Kunden
- In regelmäßigen Feedback-Sessions unterstützt du uns aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Sales-Prozesses
Das bringst du mit:
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften o.Ä.) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. im kaufmännischen Bereich)
- Dich begeistert der Verkauf und du hast Spaß an der Beratung von Kunden
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Entschlossenheit und Überzeugungskraft zeichnen dich aus
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen im Sales oder im Umgang mit Kunden mit, vor allem aber zählen Motivation & Persönlichkeit
