Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be completely remote, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions through our advanced telehealth platform. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required by patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patient's needs and develop tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention techniques during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor to support clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, ensuring they are empowered with knowledge to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care is being provided to each patient.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continued professional education activities to foster personal growth and organizational cohesion.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure the delivery of the most effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with adult clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
