Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to determine mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve assisting a varied client base, including teens, adults, and couples, facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time therapist at Medallion Mental Wellness Center, you will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We are committed to providing you with minimal overhead costs, meaning you will never incur fees associated with your practice here. Full benefits include health insurance options with strong coverage plans, dental and vision benefits, and the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
