Digital Account Manager As a Digital Account Manager within Walmart Connect, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in the Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal verticals. You will drive customer-centric solutions, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to deliver effective strategies and recommendations. Your role will focus on campaign facilitation, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization to ensure strong marketing outcomes for our partners. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main client liaison for assigned accounts within Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal categories. Develop and present marketing strategies that align with client objectives and Walmart Connects best practices. Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accurate implementation and timely launches. Provide audience recommendations tailored to marketing KPIs and campaign goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend post-launch optimization tactics to maximize results. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, analytics, creative, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences. Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and drive client satisfaction. Stay current on industry trends, Walmart Connect products, and digital marketing innovations. Success Factors: Demonstrates customer centricity in all interactions. Delivers effective, data-driven marketing recommendations. Drives campaign performance through proactive optimization. Builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or digital marketing (retail/media agency experience preferred). Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
