About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Success to establish and lead the client success function for its Curation Solutions business unit. This pivotal role is focused on unifying client relationship management, reducing client attrition, and ensuring that a large portfolio of clients realizes measurable value from the company's solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client success lifecycle, from post-sales onboarding to ongoing value realization and retention. This includes designing and implementing client engagement models, value realization methodologies, and driving the adoption of client-facing technology platforms. The role also involves team leadership, fostering a culture of client advocacy, and establishing cross-functional alignment to ensure a consistent and holistic client experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in client success, account management, or customer operations within B2B healthcare technology, health services, or clinical data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Deep experience with health systems and a proven track record in reducing churn and improving net revenue retention are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment on client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical registry services, quality reporting, or outsourced healthcare data management, and be familiar with Salesforce and customer success platforms. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
