About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Sales to spearhead the growth strategy for a diverse portfolio of healthcare technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving bookings growth, revenue performance, and sales execution across both prospective and existing customer accounts. This role involves leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of customer-focused solutions. The Executive Director, Sales will also be expected to provide market feedback, manage sales forecasting, and establish territory and account plans to optimize resource allocation and sales processes. Candidates for the Executive Director, Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong background in leading B2B sales teams, particularly in technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology. The role requires a proven track record in achieving sales objectives, experience in both new business acquisition and existing customer expansion, and a deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a matrixed organization, be adept at collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, and have a preference for those with a background in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry. Experience in leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance sales productivity and decision-making is also preferred.
