What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia support for a tertiary hospital's surgical procedures on patients aged 12 and up
• Support a Care Team Model with a 4:1 staff ratio and assist with specialized care procedures
• Monitor patients throughout surgeries, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to support patient care
• Support scheduled shifts, including occasional overnight and weekend call (not required)
• Follow hospital protocols, including EMR documentation in Epic
• Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements

What You Need

• MN Registered Nurse license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certifications (required upon hire)
• Ability to support 2 consecutive weeks per month initially
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and adhere to hospital policies
