As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Leung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- This is a sales position with some service.
- Outbound calling to prospective customers.
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Time management and organization.
