State Farm Insurance agency with two locations (Alpharetta, Ga and Roswell, Ga) is seeking an experienced Remote Agency Sales Representative to be part of our great team. If you are interested in working in an educational, competitive, and financially rewarding environment then our State Farm agency is the place for you. We love to develop our people from the ground up, no experience or existing licensing is necessary. Newly hired associate(s) will benefit from existing sales pipelines, proven processes, and one‑on‑one training. Most of your day to day will consist of phone interactions with customers and prospects. Compensation This position pays $28k–$40k starting base salary (depending on experience) + commissions/bonuses. Prospects are provided. Your expected first‑year income with commissions/bonuses is $50k to $80k+. Many advancement opportunities within the agency or State Farm corporate. If you desire to own your own insurance business one day (not required) you can engage in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program, and you will learn how to own and operate your own insurance agency.
