Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility while still engaging with a dedicated team of professionals committed to mental health advocacy. Our telehealth platform provides an advanced means for interaction, ensuring you can meet with clients effectively and efficiently from the comfort of your home. Full-time hours are anticipated to be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend sessions to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique mental health needs of elderly clients.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and behavior management plans, ensuring that all plans comply with regulatory requirements.

• Document client interactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health documentation.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, in collaboration with our clinical team.

• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration by working with various teams to implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage actively in the process of licensing and accreditation, thereby upholding the high standards our center is known for.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with external service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in professional development activities including conferences and training sessions to ensure your skills and knowledge remain at the forefront of geriatric mental health care.

• Promote the mission and values of Green Life Counseling Center throughout your work and while engaging with community stakeholders.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the ongoing operation of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 95,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
