Marketing Operations Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Marketing and Operations Assistant to support daily marketing, ecommerce, and administrative operations. This position works directly with the owner and is well suited to someone organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in Canva. RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages Resize, adapt, and export existing designs in Canva Maintain organization of design files and folders Upload products, images, and content to the website Respond to customer service emails and follow up on reviews Maintain customer and mailing lists, including data entry and list cleanup Assist with general administrative tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS Required Working knowledge of Canva Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear, professional written communication Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines Local to Topeka with reliable transportation Availability during standard business hours Preferred Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform Experience with social media scheduling tools Basic video editing experience Familiarity with the real estate industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
