We are seeking a creative, organized, motivated, and mission-driven professional to join the California Conservation Corps (CCC) Headquarters’ Support, Training and Education Pathways (STEP) Branch in the Training Unit. Create curated learning content applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles for our Learning Management System, a Cornerstone product. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as a high-level advisor to isolate performance, knowledge, and operational skill gaps and develop solutions through training. Formulate tailored programmatic solutions, independently evaluating whether organizational needs require on-demand modules, instructor-led courses, desk aids, or procedural manuals. Co-facilitate (or present) in-person and virtual instructor led training. Develop comprehensive and effective training evaluation analysis and recommend improvements. In every role, you will be part of a team of service-minded, mission driven people focused on customer service and program development. Working Conditions: This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for up to one day of telework per week, with a minimum of four days of in-office work. There are opportunities to support in-person training locally and at other state of California locations. The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. As a department under the California Natural Resource Agency (CNRA), employees also have free access to the CNRA gym located at 710 P Street.
