- Guiding customers through initial setup and software installation.
- Assisting with account creation and EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) documentation uploads.
- Supporting data migration from previous software providers.
- Providing a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention.
- Serving as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase.
- Communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation
