Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions that are individualized and responsive to the unique emotional, psychological, and lifestyle needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop therapeutic plans that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities suitable for client engagement.

• Monitor and assess client progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment strategies as needed to improve outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation on topics such as stress management, coping mechanisms, and mental health awareness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to explore best practices and collaborate on enhancing service delivery.

• Actively engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of mental health advancements.

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges related to their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility to obtain licensure within six months of employment.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals, groups, or families.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport and establishing trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

• A commitment to providing affirming and culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
