Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized or group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Administering psychological assessments and preparing detailed treatment logs to track patient progress effectively.
\n
• Managing a varied caseload of clients with distinct psychological needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma.

• Utilizing advanced clinical skills to address crisis situations, offering therapeutic interventions, and employing crisis management strategies.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment resolution plans.
\n
• Conducting intake evaluations, formulating strategic care plans, and ensuring ongoing assessment to adapt to evolving patient needs.

• Documenting session summaries, treatment strategies, and progress reports meticulously throughout the care provision process.

• Providing educational support and resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals requiring support in their mental health journeys. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges that require customized therapeutic approaches. By assessing client needs and delivering targeted interventions, you will play a critical role in their path towards wellness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• Hold an active license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient care, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary team collaboration. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
